Customers of the different tourist establishments left 2,639,688.12 euros as a tourism tax that the Government implemented in late 2012. Lloret exceeds Salou (2, 5 million) and just ahead of the country’s capital and one of the cities with most visitors in the world, Barcelona (22.2 million).
